WELCOME
I take a warm, tailored approach to therapy, treating you holistically and cultivating a judgment-free environment built on mutual trust. I work with adults of varied ability statuses on clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and complex trauma. Special interests include working with women, including anyone in need of perinatal mental health support (specifically NICU parents), and partners of sex addicts/people with sexually
compulsive behaviors.
Pulling from my education and lived experience, I am able to weave together my understanding of trauma-informed best practices with gentle challenges and humor to help you process the underlying causes of anxiety, depression, and repetitive patterns in your life. I believe in building a foundation of coping tools and psychoeducation while helping you work through the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors as you build resilience and gain insight.
I have a certificate in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and have undergone intensive specialized training in NICU parenting through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I am also an Association of Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS) trainee.

NICU PARENTING
THE INSTITUTE FOR CREATIVE MINDFULNES
This training provided me with a trauma-informed lens through which to provide effective assistance and treatment of people who have experienced trauma as a result of being partnered with an individual with sexually compulsive behaviors.
This training provided me with in depth education on perinatal crisis and trauma, as well as best practices to support adjustment and healing, in the NICU and beyond.
PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS
BETRAYAL TRAUMA
Partners of those who exhibit sexually compulsive behaviors find their lives turned upside-down. You deserve a place to vent, process, and eventually heal. Intimate partner betrayal trauma is debilitating, but through the therapeutic process you can reclaim your life.

COMPLEX TRAUMA
Pervasive physical, emotional or sexual trauma and neglect can have widespread ripple effects on your adult life. You find yourself dissociating, and feeling shameful or unworthy. You may be anxious or avoidant in relationships. Therapeutic interventions that are trauma-focused help you process and repair, allowing you to regain control.

PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH
Life during pregnancy and following the birth if your child can be physically and mentally overwhelming. 1 in 5 women suffer perinatal mental health disorders, and that number increases further if you have a medically complicated pregnancy or a child in the NICU. It can be a dark time; I can
help alleviate distress through
professional support.
