I value depth, honesty, and the kind of self-understanding that leads to meaningful change.
My work is shaped not only by clinical training, but by lived experience. As a parent of a neurodiverse child and someone who has navigated divorce, I understand how layered life can become, and how unsettling it can feel to lose your sense of footing. I bring this perspective into my work with care, steadiness, and deep respect for each person’s story.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m usually spending time with my son, baking sourdough, or unwinding with a good Bravo series.
