3 / How Does Virtual Therapy Work?
We meet over a secure video platform designed for healthcare privacy. You can join from wherever you feel most comfortable, as long as you have a private space and a reliable internet connection. Many clients find this makes it easier to stay consistent and integrate therapy into their lives.
4 / Do You Accept Insurance?
I work on a private-pay basis and can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I’m also happy to answer any questions as you think through what might work best for you.
5 / What Are Your Fees?
Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes.
6 / Do You Offer A Consultation?
Yes - I offer a brief consultation so you can ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. Fit matters.
7 / What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Because this time is set aside for you, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full fee.
8 / How Do I Get Started?
